The staff were decent. The room was impeccably clean with air con. Perfect location, near a genuine restaurant, the island, turtle point, and the beach. The Seri Restaurant is conveniently located next door for lunch.

My room was so clean and tidy, it had a nice sitting area and my own entrance. the staff here were incredibly friendly and gave me a really warm welcome. 😊

The service was marvellous, totally satisfied. The restaurant was great for lunch, we ordered fresh dishes. The location was great and charming, at a walking distance from Gili Islands.

Well, there was an insect and bad smell too.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and was located right off the beach with lots of fish and in front of a stunning coral reef. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Additionally, we appreciated the location of the hotel as it was just right by the beach and further down the coast on the eastern side.

Guests rave about the excellent service, with friendly staff who truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the restaurant serves up delicious food, with fresh fish and green curry being highly recommended.

There is some occasional noise disruption from nearby establishments, which can last well into the early morning hours.
